Relevant experience:

Hans started his training career back in 1986 within vocational training, soon moving on to Business Development Training. His MBA thesis dealt with measuring the impact of entrepreneurial and managerial training for small producers. As a consultant-trainer he has undertaken a variety of training courses and workshops and has assessed and designed a number of training programmes.
