Participatory reviews and evaluations of support programmes, not necessarily limited to Private Sector Development programmes but comprising a larger field of related programmes where strategic, organisational and institutional aspects are crucial.
Given his 20 years of experience in Southern Africa and his proficiency in English and Portuguese, initially most attention was paid to development opportunities in that region, but over the last years quite a number of assignments have been undertaken worldwide, especially in Asia, the Balkan and Eastern Europe.
