Evaluations and reviews

Reviews and evaluations are preceded by thorough desk research and preparations, resulting in an inception report highlighting the key issues, the proposed working methodology and participatory process. The fieldwork will involve project beneficiaries, participants and stakeholders using a variety of tools such as one-to-one interviews, focused group discussions and workshops. The fieldwork will be concluded with a debriefing report and presentation, preferably through a participatory workshop involving stakeholders and participants. Last but not least, a well documented yet to-the-point report will be submitted that will assist participants with ‘next-steps’.
